On Thursday, March 12th, Governor Wolf decided to close schools and childcare centers in the Montgomery County District due to the Coronavirus. As a result, the Philadelphia School District announced the closure of 63 of its schools citing concerns with staffing shortages. In anticipation of low student attendance and potential staff absences, Imhotep Institute Charter High School will be closed for students on Friday March 13, 2020. Staff members will report to work at 10:00 am for professional development. We expect to resume our normal schedule on Monday March 16, 2020 and will communicate any changes as they develop.
